Formed in 1927, Cats Protection (CP) has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity. We now care for and find new homes for around 60,000 cats and kittens every year, through our network of 29 Adoption Centres and 260 voluntary-run Branches.

It is Cats Protection mission to help unwanted and abandoned felines, rehabilitating and rehoming them where possible, but the work doesn’t stop there! We also seek to alleviate the problem of unwanted cats, by offering information and advice about responsible cat ownership and promoting neutering as the only effective solution.
